Jillian has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Residing in California in the Sacramento region she served a Team Leader in the Keller Williams system since 2011. She moved into the Operating Principal role in 2020. She is currently the franchise owner and Designated Broker for Keller Williams Folsom located in Folsom, CA and Keller Williams East County located in Brentwood, CA. Her focus is on consulting individuals in the real estate industry on how to grow their businesses and be true business owners. She loves helping others find their passion and what motivates so they can truly accomplish their dreams and get what they say they want.

Jillian has spent the last several years focused on increasing her leadership and growth in order to better lead herself, her family and those she has the privilege to influence on a daily basis. This path led her to become a John Maxwell Certified Coach in February 2014.

While Jillian has a heart for helping others realize their dreams her greatest joy in life is her three sons, Aidan, Ethan and Brendan and her husband of more than twenty years, Brian. She believes her greatest opportunity is guiding her sons to be strong men and providing them the opportunity to live their passion and dreams.
