As a real estate agent, I help buyers make informed decisions when purchasing a new property and help protect sellers to make sure they get the most they can for their properties. I want to make sure you feel supported and know that you have a trusted advisor by your side. As a seller you want to market the home effectively and beautifully, and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, and yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other terms you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where I step into partner with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager.
As a child I toured investment homes with my father which began my love for real estate and investing. I quickly learned how to recognize a home with a high potential and negotiation. Attending Sacramento State University to receive a bachelor’s degree in finance, taught me how the market works, financial reporting, economics, and more. I discovered how to predict future market trends and what investments are worth making. I am able to calculate your spending and predict how much profit you will generate the following months. When facilitating the buying and selling of homes knowing how the real estate market works and knowing how to work with numbers is an essential element. After graduating I worked for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System as an Accountant Analyst.
While working there I continued further my education and be the best in my role. In terms of real estate, I am committed to lifelong learning. As a realtor I continually invest time and money into the latest sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
Apart from my education I am an active real estate investor. I apply my knowledge and personal experience to my client’s needs as if it is my own investment. I am familiar not only with recent and expected movements in home values, but also with trends in the rental market. I know which property type and what amenities are most sought after by renters in their specific location and bring the highest return.
